Actually, I just got word that the project is not dead. I guess the company I was working with was using a different company for this project. I just got all the contact details and will get an update Tuesday. I will update you all once I know the new details.
Mine will be plastic with the original rubber still used in the middle of both gears. I think we got some distance between us and wont step on toes.
