 A/C evacuation
I'm getting further into my swap projects. I will have two functioning A/C systems that I'm going to have to open up. I thought that I could go to Jiffy Lube and they could take the refrigerant out of the system and I drive away. Just went there and that wasn't the case. They said their machine has to replace the refrigerant once it created a vacuum.
The jiffy lube person said there are kits to do it myself and I've seen that mentioned online, but can't seem to find them. It sounds bad to release 2 systems into the sky if I don't have to (think of the children)....what are people doing with this? |
