i examined it even more with my pops...took the plastic stuff off around it an all. the button to open it seems to be working and everything...only problem is, the c latch doesnt snap in the closed position to keep the hatch down. i can push the c latch up and it moves and i can see some springs moving around on the inside, but it wont snap into the locked position, if you let go a spring just yanks it back to the open position... __________________ 1995 318ti Active
