Just thought I'd throw this out there. Guys, you could get the rear diffusor new for $149.66 at Tischer(getbmwparts.com) part# 51122269489 or you can get the whole rear bumper+diffusor+hardware new for $350 + $150 shipping

If you do decide to order new moldings, don't use the part#'s listed on Tischer's website, those are for e36 coupes and sedans. Look the part#'s up on realoem.com. The corner moldings are 16 bucks each and the center strip is $21. Also, be sure to select 318ti from the drop down options menu, it knocks the price down to $350 for the kit
