You have a m52 and your ecu thinks it's stock with all supporting emissions equipment and no mods but you say your gonna run "M52B28, m3 cams, m50 manifold" also no account for exhaust it will run but not optimal, just get proper tune it's worth it you already went through the trouble of swapping motors, also ews and many other things can be eliminated that aren't necessary
