Default Intro, my new ti and plans for it

Hi everyone, Just picked up a 1997 ti yesterday for a screaming deal: $600. The deal included the running car, a spare M52B28 with 160k miles (SCORE!) and a UUC lightweight flywheel and clutch kit. There's a lot to be done on the car, it has eBay coilovers and a welded diff. I'm very familiar with the E36 but not too familiar with the ti (or its rear suspension). I currently run an E36 fully built race car, named Giant Motorsport with Lucky Dog Racing League in the west coast. Plans for it... Of course this ti will be a sister race car I don't know yet what direction to take. Will I run the M44? Swap the 2.8? swap one of my spare 2.5? I'm also looking at a 2.3 Z3 as a donor for a complete swap. I hope to document most of the work and try to share with people here. I do have some questions around the rear end of the ti. Hope you guys can shed some light as I start working on it. 1. What are the rear brake swap options? I read that bracket adapters are the way to go or a full Z3M rear swap can achieve the same. I currently run E46 330i fronts and 328 rears on the coupe race car. I'd like to do something similar. 2. Diff, I'd like to run a LSD. Do I need to get a diff from an E30 or a Z3M? The car has ASC and would kick ass if I ran LSD + ASC (we race a lot in the rain) 3. Since I'm doing endurance racing, I'd like to bulletproof this thing. What are the rear axle options for more power and reliability? Is the Z3M swap the only way to go? I've done an M3 rear swap on my couple so that the axles and bearings can be more than enough for a 2.5. I'd like to do something similar. Thanks and I'll be posting more soon! Here are some pics!
