so i had this issue for a few years. a couple of months ago my E-Brake became loose and i needed to adjust it. to make things easy, i took off the wheels, calipers, and rotors to adjust the brakes in order to see if the shoes were expanding or contracting (you can do it by just jacking up the car buuuuut i didnt know which way to rotate the gear so i did it the other way). after i adjusted the ebrake, the ride height magically became symmetrical. seems like the passenger side EBrake was making contact with the drum before the left and thats why the driver's side was higher. y'all should give this a go.
