Hi all, revisiting this.

Yesterday I removed the front HR sport springs that were designed for the 4cyl (I have the 6 cyl swap) and replaced them with OEM 328is springs that are allegedly the "sport" springs. I gained about 3-3.5" up front which is perfect.

Strangely the car is now level front to rear (it was really raked forward before), and I'm having trouble deciding what rear springs to run. The options are either leave the H&R sport springs in place, or install the BMW 328is sport springs. Ideally I'll pick the softer spring rate, but as you know this information is nearly impossible to find. The 328is springs are taller (a little rake isn't the end of the world), but they feel stiffer than the H&R springs that were designed for the TI. My test was not scientific, as I just set a tool box on the spring setting on the floor, and pressed down on the box.

Any suggestions or insight?
