Holy monkey, that's horrible.
PB-Blaster it overnight, and for about an hour in the morning. Wipe it down, then give it a go.
Hammers and blowtorches are nice to have. Just make sure it's dry of penetrating spray (not sure if that stuff is flammable or not) and stay away from the fuel lines (duh). __________________
