In the US you had to jump through hoops to get anything under the Individual Program. I wanted my 98 in Dakar Yellow. I called and called. Finally I got a hold of someone at BMW NA and confronted him, is there such a thing as the Individual Program? They finally got back to me. I could have my Dakar Yellow for an additional, I think $1500, but no guarantee when it would be built. In other words. Sure, you can have your Dakar Yellow for a price. But we will make it when we feel like it. It wasn't worth $1500 to me and thank goodness I didn't get it. Dakar Yellow seemed to fade anyway. __________________ ...steven
