Update: So the short story is, I spoke with Michael just now and while there are some complexities to sort out, he is moving out and has a plan, just not sure when it will take place. I will stand down for this weekend, pending an update on Friday, but either way, he has it covered.
I have it penciled in, otherwise, I'll work on clearing my garage for a project I have coming in next week. I'll need a little more space than I currently have just now.
