not all dealers give the 20% discount. some only offer 10%, and some (like any in central indiana) don't even offer any at all, which is why i went with pelican.
truth be told, i'm probably going to order from pacific (cali) or tischer (md) from now on. tischer offers their cca discount to phone orders, but pacific doesn't require cca membership to get their best price. they're quite competitive on price, it probably will come down to shipping costs for you.
