Anyway, I got all the parts for the build from BMP Design including the cams. I am not sure how many M42 parts they still sell, but they use to have a ton even though they weren't in the catalog. You just had to call them and ask. The owner is Al Hafner, so if you ask for him he'll give you the scoop on what is really lying around.
The pulley I used on my M42 to get 11PSI was the 3.4". Something to keep in mind is that the stock HG will lift around 10 psi even with headstuds. In an effort to prevent the lifting I switched to an MLS and shattered a piston ring at the next track day.
