well, I know running it rich will just get the cat even dirtier since it's sending unburned gas through the exhaust, running it lean won't clean the cat either, it might keep it from getting worse, but the car will run so bad you won't be able to drive it
if the cat's already bad I'd say you have nothing to lose if you try that Cataclean, assuming you can even get it in the US |
