When i dyno'd it was with a 3.6" pulley. I sold that pulley to a member here. I then bought a 3.4" which is now doing 8.5-9 psi. The reason why i believe im not doing good on boost cuz of my P0500 CEL light code. When i used my dads scanner, the description said the following....

"The vss is a variable reluctance sensor that generates a waveform with a frequency that is proportional to the vehicle speed. Low speed low frequency. high speed high frequency. this signal is used to control ignition timing, fuel delivery and shift points."

Im starting to believe that it isnt giving sufficient fuel. I think maybe that's why my boost was low. My CEL has to do with the ABS. But that's just my car cuz i have a faulty sensor somewhere.

Other than that, the power is there and it isnt hesitant, it doesnt shake up, and spools fine.
