non-swapped, non-FI Ti's are probably up in the 14/15sec range and higher. They are not fast or even quick cars for drag racing.

I road race mine, I can do a 2:42 and some change around Sebring at 3.7miles. I run NASA TTE, and I'm 100# over my minimum weight and still have some things I can do to the car to make it more competitive in class. Top prepared TTE cars that are well drivin can run under 2:40's. Class record is a 2:37 something, but that car is no longer considered legal for TTE. I did however take first place and second place a few weeks ago in a field with 6 other competitors, so i feel good about that.

So even highly modified and classed appropriately, the Ti is not a fast car with the 4-banger. The lack or torque through most of the RPM range is an issue. It is still a fun car to drive.
