I need to move! haha that's crazy, we have the same but called an MOT its so strict though, they failed mine last year for having a bucket seat that is mounted solid and cannot slide.. and having indicators smoothed out in the wing, there rules are pretty much that what ever was on the car as standard should still be there and working for an MOT.
They would fail it for having a number plate light out here its stupid, when I had my mini I wanted to move the fog light from the rear valence to inside a rear light, but "the rules" here state it has to be so many mm away from the brake light lol!
