Having read the rest of this thread...I'd say plugs, plug wires, O2 sensor or the ignition coil module are the likely culprits...the first two are easy and relatively inexpensive to replace...O2 sensor and ignition coils can be very expensive, so you are probably better off paying a shop for an hour of their labor to diagnose it correctly first...
