I recently just repaired the mess under the intake when I did my knock sensors. Everything that I found leaking with a smoke machine before teardown was repaired/replaced. (PCV valve, DISA vacuum lines, icv hoses, intake boot, oil cap, FPR vac hose, all intake gaskets replaced.

I'll have to smoke test it again to see if there is more. I can't imagine anything else is causing a vacuum leak.

I have to drive the car with the icv unplugged Bc once it's plugged in, it closes the icv and stalls the engine.
