Many places will not do wheel "repair" for liability reasons. I think it is even illegal in some states. Sure, you can fix it to make it look new but once an alloy wheel sustains considerable damage, it is never structurally the same. I had a set of wheels that had some minor bends in them fixed, but I would be a little leery of a shop that claims they can fix a wheel that is broken into three or four pieces (I've seen shops claim this)- it's not something I would rest easy driving on at high speed.
