So you'd rather spend 10-15 dollars on some weather stripping or something from Lowes and try to somehow affix it to your BMW's exterior, instead of just searching the forum classified section for someone parting out their car and purchasing that one piece of molding you need and perhaps a couple clips? Heck, most people parting cars would probably give you a stock base model molding and a few clips for a pack of smokes and postage.

How To: Instantly Ghettofy Your BMW

Materials Needed:
2x 8ft wooden base board/decorative molding @ $6.99ea
1x tube of Liquid Nails @ $4.99
1x pack of sandpaper(various grit) @ $3.99
1x can of Krylon primer/sealer @ $5.49
1x can of Krylon semi-gloss black paint @ $5.99

Instructions:
Step 1) Measure and cut to length 6 pieces of wooden base board

Step2) Sand base board thoroughly with 220 grit sand paper making sure to remove splinters and rough edges

Step 3) Re-sand entire base board with 400 grit sand paper to give paint a uniform surface to adhere to

Step 4) Wipe surface clean with lint free cloth

Step 5) Apply several light coats of primer. Wait 10 minutes between each coat and 1 hour before applying top coat

Step 6) Apply several light coats of paint waiting 10 minutes between each coat and finishing with 1 medium-heavy coat. Allow paint to cure for at least 3 hours before handling

Step 7) Apply several dabs of Liquid Nails to back side of base board

Step 8) Stick directly onto side of BMW

Step 9) Post pictures on Bf.c Rides & Styling section
