not to bring this back from the dead but me and a buddy are doing a turbo install on my 318ti this weekend . the turbo will be under the car ( its a 14b small for a reason) at the down pipe flange . for the time being we will use exhaust pipeing for charge pipes ( i work for midas lol gotta love haveing a bender ) its gatted at 7psi but we are going to drop it to 5 or 6 psi , run the oil line off the sender in back of the oil filter and the return tapped into the oil pan my battery already has been relocated to the trunk so we will run the charge pipes where the battery was sitting . now running such a small turbo it will spool and be at full boost around 3000rpm and well im all about geting side ways im not to worried about it ill post some pics when its finnished |
