Default FS: 1996 318ti Sport, 5-speed manual

1996 BMW 318ti Sport, 5-speed manual
127K miles
Original owner, all service records
Build date 4/96
Options: ASC+T, sunroof, CD changer

Includes 2 sets of wheels, the original 5-spoke 16" wheels pictures and the 15" 10-spoke wheels from the "Active" trim level with Nokian NRW snow tires.

Modifications: Upgraded front brakes to vented from an E36 325i, short shifted using all bmw parts from an E46 , factory european fire extinguisher mounted under drivers seat, M44 software upgrade by GIAC (since 50K miles), aluminum pedals from John Skaggs

Car has been garaged since Nov. 2001.

Car has been sitting (not driven) since August 2008, but had an oil service (synthetic Mobil 1 since new) in April 2009.

Current problems: Driver's side door regulator broke, glass removed from car. Driver's side seat does not flip forward to get in the back seat (cable detached inside seat). Some minor "driveway" damage on driver's side door/rear quarter panel (see pictures), could be fixed by paintless dent repair. I don't think the Alpine CD-changer in hatch works anymore (haven't verified). Hatch struts no longer hold up hatch.

Have not had the car checked by BMW independent in almost 2 years, so I'm not aware of any other mechanical problems, but I'm sure it is due for some service.

New clutch at 121K. Drives fine, no obvious noises/problems.

No accidents, original paint. Bought from BMW Peabody in 7/1996 and serviced locally (dealer 50K).
