Thanks but, sorry, I have yet to catch that bug and this is part of the "streamlining" of my life. Cannot imagine a well sorted M3 would be hard to sell though.
If you had an e46 325i/ix touring with sport pkg and manual THAT would be another story.
For the record my split life of working 250 miles from home also involves showing/selling my house and being a father/husband/handyman on the weekends.
