While I had the head off I would replace all the rubber hoses and lines found under the intake manifold as well as the two plastic water pipes, one on the side of the block, the other on the rear of the block. These are sure to fail somewhere past 100K odo. If the oil filter housing is leaking I would fix that while you can get to it easily. New valve cover gasket, of course. Good luck. John
