The passenger airbag cover is held in by 4 friction type clips on the underside. Over time, they seem to work themselves back out a bit. Pushing down from the top doesn't help. There's too much "cushion" in the cover to move the clips. What you can do is remove the glove box, whcih is not hard, and pull the clips from below. They move a miniscule amount, but enought to snug the cover back down. For whatever reason, all the airbag cover seem to do this. Both of my ti's had this and discovered that pulling from below is your best bet of making the cover sit flat. __________________
