c'mon people i bet on of the few s50 cali tops around with such low mileage..
If you're having a difficult time understanding why your car isn't getting much interest, I can point out a few flags. For starters, the car is a '98 (OBDII) and the engine is out of a '95 (OBDI). That right off the bat makes it illegal in EVERY US state. Regardless if a particular state conducts inspections or not is irrelevant since this is a federal regulation.

Secondly, it looks like the passenger front wheel has a POSITIVE camber issue (possibly due to the bolts being broken off). E46 style front bumper and fender vents are not going to appeal to many people. If it was 50/50, I wouldn't have mentioned that, but fact is most people would prefer a stock base model bumper over an e46 front bumper. I know you said you'd "try" to include a pair of fenders and an e36 M3 bumper, but are they painted and do the colors match perfectly?

Because that brings me to my third observation, the unfinished nose panel and fuel door, and probably the fenders and M3 bumper look horrible if left unfinished. This puts another burden on the buyer because paint and body work isn't cheap. Give the buyer a definitive answer. Are they included or not? Simply saying you'll "try" to have them shipped down from NY sounds more like you're going to make the buyer wait for months until he finally gives up and buys them elsewhere. The taped corner light, broken headlight tabs and uninstalled door handle are easy things to fix. You should fix those yourself if you're serious about selling the car.

Do you have receipts and or documentation confirming the installation of Shrick cams, TMS chip and suspiciously low mileage of both the engine and chassis? You know that if this information turns out to be false, say the buyer purchases the car and can't register it because a) it has an illegal engine swap, or b) the mileage has been manipulated and doesn't jive with DMV records, you're setting yourself up for a lawsuit that you will not win.

These days, not many people have $7500 to toss into a car that will be difficult to register and needs a lot of work. Especially with the holidays coming up. It's only been a week since you've posted this thread though, so hang in there dude, sometimes it just takes time for the right person to come along. GLWS!
