You're lucky with a manual transmission; it's simple, plus there's no filter. Remove the fill plug first*, then remove the drain plug and drain the fluid. Put the drain plug back in a tighten to spec. Use a fluid pump to pump about 1.1 quarts back in to the transmission. When fluid spills out of the fill plug, it's full. Replace and tighten the fill plug to spec. The fluid pump is available from any part store.

For some reason the pics on the site aren't working right now.

* Remove the fill plug first just in case you strip the fill plug trying to remove it AFTER you drain all the fluid. There'd be no easy way to refill the transmission.
