I would not call needing to add a 20mm spacer 'fitting'. I am also not sure it would actually clear, especially in the rear.
The cost of quality spacers and extended lugs or preferably a wheel stud conversion kit will more than negate any savings on tires (at least the first time around).
16 inch wheels are pretty inexpensive and so are 16 inch tires. That's the way to go if you're looking to upgrade the brakes to this rear set up and the 300mm front set up. Adding parts and spending money you don't need to to make 15 inch wheels sorta work would not be the path I chose.
