I have LED AEs as well, and never had a drain issue with just the radio on. Your projectors should be connected directly to the low beam switch, separate from the AEs, so they should not be on unless you pull the knob.
That said, connecting the AEs to the ignition is recommended. I was lazy and the radio fuse was the easiest option at the time. |
