might be a little late now but there is a spot in the fuse panel (at least on my 95) that's not used but it gets power when the ignition is on. I just used a male spade connector and ran the wire to the grey wires on the headlights
I don't know about yours but mine came with this whole harness with a relay that's supposed to be hooked up to the battery and plug into the back of the headlights, I don't know what it's supposed to be for but I know my angel eyes and headlights all worked fine without it |
