Had a Ti back in the day and ran it into the ground. Always missed the thing and just scored a black on black 98 in minty shape with only 206,000KM! Definitely my forever car. First vehicle I've ever owned that is actually worth keeping in good shape and maintaining properly # adulting!
the clutch stop mod, game changer!
First Mod was a clutch stop, absolute game changer! I've had half a dozen BMW's over the years and can't believe it's taken me this long to figure this one out. Also crammed new 6.5" speakers all round, have photos of the job I'll post up but managed to fit them all under the stock trim for a 100% factory look. Also tackled the sagging headliner and painted all interior trim black to match.
Next up is installing the 2.93 LSD and the SSK which is already on it's way.
I'll get some photos up as soon as I figure out a hosting site. Any recommendations for ones that will never be taken down? Always find it super frustrating to go back to old threads/how to's and the photos are all gone.
