You won't really notice a difference in daily street driving. The improvements come about through better cooling because of the vented rotors.

Your tires are really the limiting factors in braking. At some point your tires will lock up. Your tires will lock up at the same point with a BBK, stock Ti brakes, or M3 brakes.

You may notice some differences in pedal modulation, but I wouldn't expect to much of a difference if you are staying with a sliding caliper. Aftermarket fixed calipers give a much better and more consistent feel because the caliper design is better. Which is again probably something that most drivers would not notice in normal street driving.
