Regarding your low speed fan not coming on....I had the same problem. In my case, it was the high speed fan relay that was the problem. I replaced that after making sure the low speed relay was working OK. The low speed fan started kicking on and off like it should. The low speed relay is interlocked to the high speed relay, so if the high speed relay is faulty in the off position the low speed relay won't engage. This is not intuitive, and I came across the diagnosis and fix on this site. There are more extensive discussions of this topic, including wiring diagrams, that you can search for. |
