guys, my guess is this is a genuine sport package car, because the only ones equipped with fogs are the sport package cars. It is possible someone retro'd them, but to do it the right way with the switch is a PITA, ask how I know! Also it is possible it was rear-ended at some point and the bumper was replaced with a standard one on the cheap.
