Hey. How are the Slats attached to the M bumper cover? I am missing some parts.

The slats on my bumper are only held on by the top pins. There are two more pins on each side but the one-way washers(?) is missing from them. There are also is two holes at the bottom which looks like something goes there

Can someone take a picture of how their slats are attached? Front and backside would be appreciated.

I searched all over looking for this before posting but came up empty handed.
