Lol, mud on your paint, in your bushings and the constant abuse on your ball joints, tie rods, shocks, struts and other components is definitely not good for your car. Besides that, the constant vibration from uneven and rutted dirt roads will certainly cause all of your interior pieces as well as your chassis to creak and rattle over time. Think about your brakes and exhaust, all of the rocks and crud getting thrown around under there.

BMW didn't design the 318ti with offroading intended as a normal practice. Look at your car and then look at everyone else's, I rest my case.
