You need to pull the low speed fan relay and put a jumper on 30 and 87 of the relay socket.
If the fan runs, then you are missing the ground path from the DME.
If the fan does not run, then you are missing the closed contact path of the high speed fan relay (30 and 87). Replace the high speed fan relay. __________________
