If you are getting full fuel pressure to the injectors and nothing past, then you have something electrical keeping the fuel injectors from sending fuel into the cylinders. Since you sated that it would start and run a bit when you shot starter fluid into the intake, I'm thinking you have spark but no fuel to the cylinders.

Thus the issue becomes electrical to the fuel injectors. As was mentioned a fusible link, fuse, wiring etc... is the culprit as I would doubt all of the injectors would have died at the same moment.
