you wanna go nuts? You can put a Camaro engine in there. Here's what you can do....

2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 2.8,3.0,3.2

Im not sure if one is easier than other (can someone confirm this) but they all fit. But being that your car is a 98' its gonna be costly. Cuz (well if your state has smog) youll need exactly a 98 or 99 engine to pass smog legally. Newer engine would be more expensive i guess.
