From what I noticed when the car is running its high side of 13 sometimes 14... just dependant on how hard my system is bumping... but its doesn't seem like enough really bring the alternator down like it would in normal cars... (Dropped voltage down past 13.2x volt and dimmed headlights in my neon) and when the car is at rest/idle its varies between 12.8x - 13.3x during the day and 13.0 - 13.8 during the night ( I monitor things very close in my car)
I'll take the alternator to the shop next week and have it tested... thanks for the heads up though... might as well get it looked at while she sets... Appreciate the input |
