I did some checking into this awhile back, and heard that they either bolted right in or that some very minor drilling (enlarging) of two of the mounting holes was needed. Really only need a constant 12V power supply and a ground for seat power (not including dealing with heating elements), and the seat belt receptacles should be swappable if the plugs are different from the e36.
