I wish I could remember who it was that was doing it, but I remember someone was trying to do the same kind of swap as you about 1-3 years ago. I am not sure whether the project was completed or at least it might not have been completed here in the forums. If I can find it again I will link to it. It would be interesting to find out because I have been considering such a swap myself, but last I remember the post I was referring to the guy said that there is some kind of difference in regards to the throttle cable or something like that.
