na not all 99s came with the 16s. mine came with 15s and i know the guy i got my car off of did not change the wheels. but all 99s had the m package and the 3 spoke m wheel. i think options were the same for almost all the years. obc, arm rest, wheel package, and on and on. also i think the side air bags were stand. in the 99s. __________________
