I see that quite a lot and it has happened to me many times, it usually is your immediate competition or even someone that wants to buy it and they want to eliminate some of the competing buyers. Flag it and your gone.
I put a car up for sale just last Monday and 8 hours later I was flagged and the ad was gone. Didn't matter to me because in 8 hours it sold, I had 19 very serious buyer responses to that ad. I even went into the Craiglist help forum and they looked at my ad and there were no issues with it to cause it to be flagged.
