Healthy as in long as you have done the basic maintenance and all plus the engine is working fine, you can go ahead with it I would say, Just make sure you have done the cooling system and likely clean up the 02 sensor, maf, maybe renew the knock and cam/crank sensors which can fail after 20 years quite fast and one other thing I would say to anybody who owns a Ti is open up the ABS electric module (no need to take the ABS lines off just bending them should gain some clearance) and resolder the points you can. I have posted a topic on it here and everywhere else.

Overall, if its a good motor and been looked after, you wont have any issues really. Go ahead with it.
