They are coilover springs, you select them based on what sizes and rates you need for your car. I can't tell you what your preference is or if these springs will fit on the coilovers you have.
The 2.5" GC springs, adjusters, and platforms would be a nice upgrade for the rear suspension. I went to those from H&R sports and it made the rear feel much more predictable and planted. __________________ ~Dave~
