Normally, the top of the beam cut-off should be equal height to the lens at the car.
So, like 10 feet away, on a flat surface, the top of the cut off should be the same height as the lens on the car.
Not scientific, but at least you won't get a ticket. It is POSSIBLE the dealer can align them for you, although e36 is antique to them now... |
