Jess is right, spindles are an alternative to lowering springs..
+1 on finding a different shop.. when I went in for alignment after my springs, as soon as I said BMW, he started freaking out and almost refused to touch the car. Tried to tell me it required all sorts of specialty tool and computers. And he didn't seem to believe that I had been under the car and done enough work, including the suspension(twice). Then when it was done, he had to point out that 'it appeared that the car had been lowered! :rolleyes I laughed and said 'thats why I told you I brought it in, in the first place". |
