My experience is that most shops don't do anything but adjust the toe. It's taken quite a few f'ups to find a guy that knows what he's doing. I had one guy just give up in the middle of an alignment and say it was done. The tie rod adjusters were loose and it was toed in an INCH. Not to mention the caster/camber was way the hell off.
